Please open a new topic next time. It will be easier for all users to find or provide solutions to their issues.
A couple of years a go there was a proposed solution for what you are describing by auto-assigning players to their leagues->seasons->teams based on Player Lists. So if a player was included in a Player List that was assinged with a League, a Season and a Team, the player was also assigned to the same League, Season and Team.

This was never merged to core code. I am not sure if it will ever be 🙂
