# STATUS: ERROR RETURNCODE: Unauthorized

 * Hi,
 * **instead of redirecting the user to the mpay24 payment page, an error message
   is shown:**
 * > STATUS: ERROR RETURNCODE: Unauthorized
   >  This server could not verify that you
   > are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong
   > credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn’t understand how to
   > supply the credentials required.
 * In test mode / with test data it did work, but now as it is live, users get this
   error message.
    Username and password should be right, as I copied them from 
   the old shop system (Gambio). Or is it possible that this wasn’t the SOAP password?

 * Could Mcrypt be the problem?
 * I’m using PHP7 for this shop, as it makes it a lot faster. But PHP7 doesn’t have
   a Mcrypt extension any more (and it’s not recommended to use it any more for 
   many years now…).

 * Ok, got a new SOAP API password from mpay24 and now it’s working!
 * So I can confirm that the plugin works with PHP7.
 * And mpay24 told me that there will be released a new plugin soon (in a few weeks)
   with seamless payment integration.
