If the issue persists, please ensure that the “Enable Abandon Cart Tracking” option is activated in the Cart Lift settings. You can verify this by navigating to Dashboard > Cart Lift > Settings > General, and confirming that the “Enable Abandon Cart Tracking” option is turned on.
