# Status is Processing

 * The abandoned cart doesn’t seem to be working. It says the status is “Processing”
   in the Cart section, which I believe to be the issue.
 * Please can you advise. Thank you.

 * We understand that it’s been over 11 hours since you reported the issue with 
   the abandoned cart status showing as “Processing” in the Cart Lift plugin. We’d
   like to check in and see if the carts are still in the “Processing” state.​
 * If the issue persists, please ensure that the “Enable Abandon Cart Tracking” 
   option is activated in the Cart Lift settings. You can verify this by navigating
   to **Dashboard > Cart Lift > Settings > General**, and confirming that the “Enable
   Abandon Cart Tracking” option is turned on. ​
 * If you’ve already verified these settings and the issue continues, we kindly 
   ask you to contact us directly through our official support channel at **support@rextheme.
   com**. This will allow our technical team to assist you more efficiently and 
   provide a prompt resolution.​
