 * Hi gmasterpos,
 * Please find below the answers to your queries:
 * 1. Unfortunately, our plugin does not offer any QR code options. Alternatively,
as a suggestion you could try the following if this suits your requirements:
 * – Customer places an order via the customer-form
    – You generate the QR code
via another software or any online website such as [https://www.qr-code-generator.com/](https://www.qr-code-generator.com/)
You would need to go to the “Orders” tab and select the order, then copy the
URL (which should look something like this:- [https://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=EWD-OTP-options&OTPAction=EWD_OTP_Order_Details&Selected=Order&Order_ID=3](https://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=EWD-OTP-options&OTPAction=EWD_OTP_Order_Details&Selected=Order&Order_ID=3)).
Now generate the QR code for the link you just copied previously for ex. [https://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=EWD-OTP-options&OTPAction=EWD_OTP_Order_Details&Selected=Order&Order_ID=3](https://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=EWD-OTP-options&OTPAction=EWD_OTP_Order_Details&Selected=Order&Order_ID=3)
 * – Now that you have a QR code for this partivular order, you could email this
to the customer and ask them to stick it on the package that they would sent
   to you.
    – Once the package arrives, you could scan the QR code and it would
take you to the order details page where you could make modifications to the
order. (Please note that you would need to be logged in to your WordPress admin
before you scan the QR and open the link in the same browser session)
 * 2. Yes, for that you need to setup a Sales rep account. You can navigate to the“
Sales Reps” tab and link the sales rep to the WordPress username. That way, sales
rep can log in using the wordpress username linked with them and can make changes
the the orders assigned to them by the admin.
 * 3. Yes, you can. While adding a custom field, make sure to set the “Display in
Customer Order Form?” field as “Yes”
 * 4. It would really depend on the purpose and content of each site. If each site
is actually just a different version of the same site (e.g. different languages
or different products, etc.), then our license would allow for the use of the
same key on multiple sites within the same installation. If they are all completely
different sites, then each one would require a different key.
 * 5. I am not sure what you meant by app for this plugin?
 * 6. Unfortunately, there is not. You can make use of an third party plugin and
can see if it can be integrated with the plugin just like in Step 1.
 * 7. The plugin doesn’t support SMS integration. You can, however, enable email
notifications for emails to be sent every time a change in the status is made.
 * 8. Shipment history can be managed using Status messages. You can find the “Order
Status History” by going to each individual order.
 * 9. If you mean you want to export your orders then you can do so by going to
the Orders tab and click on the “Export to Excel” button. It will generate an
excel file with all your product information in it. If you meant the plugin statistics,
then you can find it under the “Statistics” tab.
 * 10 & 11. Unfortunately, there is no such feature in the plugin. You can try to
make use of custom fields and see if it fits you requirements.
