Step 1 AJAX error

    Hi team

    When i try running installer.php it loads up step 1. When I run it in standard mode, it sometimes passes validation and sometimes doesnt. I get this error: 

    ERROR:

AJAX ERROR! STATUS:0 error
Please try again an issue has occurred.
Please see the installer-log.txt file for more details

    The log file shows this as the last logs:

    STEP ACTION: “settpm”
    NEW TEMPLATE:default
    LOG-TIME[/homepages/36/d912192016/htdocs/clickandbuilds/ShineTestsite/dup-installer/ctrls/ctrl.base.php:232][DELTA: 0.02374] MESSAGE:END RENDER PAGE

    There is nothing beyond this. When I run in advanced mode instead of standard, it never validates at all. I get the same error. I ran a build previously in standard mode and it migrated the site however I couldnt login at all despite several attempts so thought I would try advanced mode and create a new Admin from options but cant get to validate despite it saying 0 errors….. Please help!
