# Step 2 Problem

 * Hi Hope someone can help.
 * I have got to step 2 on the install.php process. However there I am stuck.
 * I was getting a php error but read the posts on “Magic Quotes” and PhP and made
   the changes to .htaccess but now I get nothing other than
 * “Second Step
 * Now we’re going to create the database tables and fill them with some default
   data.”
 * Then that’s it the phP doesn’t seem to execute the page just stops (if you view
   source code on the client side) but there is no error code.
 * Anyone got any ideas? I can’t find anything conclusive on the forum.
