 * How do you change the location of the sticky controls? It’s currently on the 
   left. Is there a way to change where to place it like right, at top etc.?

 * You can customize it using your theme stylesheet; it’s readily hookable as .a11y-
   toolbar from your stylesheet. You can use those to completely replace or change
   whatever styles you need. But there’s no default option for that.

   as text links, for those who need finer control.
