    Dear all,
I’ve installed the plugin in my woocommerce, I use it in only one product, a course.

The product has 2 attributes with 13 variations on one (“period”, the week) and 3 on the second (“duration”, fullday, morning, afternoon).

I need to manage the stock on the period level, 20pcs of each.

I set up the stock for each period and put “any” in each stock at attributes parameter duration.

But when an object is sold, the stock isn’t updated.
If I put a stock quantity to 0 in the shop I can still buy that variation.

In the product nothing is ticked about stock management, simply left “in stock” each variations.

Any idea in what goes wrong?

    Hi @brambil,

Firstly, the Lite version doesn’t affect product availability on the frontend or prevent over-purchasing. It can only be used for internal stock keeping. However, this feature is available in the full version.

As for why stock isn’t being reduced when an order is placed, it’s likely due to your stock not matching your products correctly based on your configuration.

An easy way to test this is to go to Products > Attribute Stock and filter the list by selecting the product. This will show you all stock items that match your product. If no items show, then it means they’re not matching properly and you’ll need to check that your stock item match rules contain the same attributes as your product.

It’s also important to make sure your product has the same global attributes selected, and not custom attributes (attributes inserted with text).

If you need any further help, please let us know.

After many tentatives I decided to remove plugin, attributes and products, clean DB and reconfigure everything.

Now I think is working, I will try for a while and if still works I will buy the full plugin to have the full feature.

Sorry you had to go through all that. But I’m glad to hear it’s working now.
