    Widgets are not stopping at footer level. Please tell me How do I
   keep a stop Id for margin-bottom value

 * First of all you have to create an html element with unique id. The position 
   of this element will determine widget stop level. This method is good for footers
   with variable height. If it’s not your case, use margin bottom option – set it
   equal footer height

 * You footer height is about 400px.
    Set margin bottom = 450
