 * Thanks! In the meantime I did an ultimate no-no and hacked the plugin for my 
   own purposes.
 * In /carousel-upsells-and-related-product-for-woocommerce/includes/up-sells.php,
 * I changed line 38/39 to this:
 * //type: ‘carousel’,
    type: ‘slider’,
 * It’s not perfect (due to spacing issues at the end), but it does prevent the 
   infinite loop.

   making your changes to the actual plugin.]
