# Stop Updated Users syncing

 * Hi,
 * We are updating our Mail Chimp lists from our website using your plugin BUT we
   only want new users to be synced across. It seems that if a user makes a change
   to their profile (or perhaps simply logins in) they are added to the list to 
   be synched to Mail Chimp.
 * Can we resolve this in some way?

 * The sync feature is only included in the premium version. Are you using our premium
   plugin? If not, can you please let us know how you are syncing the data?

 * We are just doing a one way synch from our site to Mail Chimp … can we stop Updated
   Users being included?

 * From sync do you mean you are using our old “User Sync” plugin or do you mean
   you are using our forms/integration method to add new users to MailChimp?

 * TO stop updating users, please go to Plugins > Installed plugins and disable 
   and remove the UserSync plugin.
