  • Have you ever wondered if the problem is indeed on the side of the server or the configuration of your WP installation, rather than CF7? I have dozens of installations that work without any problems. In my experience, most problems with mail are related to misconfiguration of SMTP. In fact, I personally tried to help you by answering a question you asked less than two hours ago, did you at least try to follow my instructions?

    On the other hand, what an unfortunate way to thank the developer for all these years you said the plugin has been useful to you for free and totally selfless, have you thought about the years of development behind you that you have not paid a penny for?

    In this place you have the freedom to complain and rate as you wish, but think about how a bad rating affects the developer’s years of work.

    It happened the same to me, I have been looking already for a month of ways to solve the problem, it identifies everything as spam, so for few people on my website it works, but on mobile devices it identifies almost everything as spam and the email is not sent. Looks like people are not even able to press the send button. I had a look on blogs and so on, to find ways to solve the problem, so it mostly said that since the border of the button turned orange, it was because it was getting it a spam so that I should configure it, to put the recaptcha and so, I did, but I still have the problem. It is not the SMTP, which I solved a year ago or so, because the emails where not being sent or they took hours or days to arrive.

    I understand what you said about having it without paying a penny, and I agree with that, I mean , what Yordan said, so I was looking for an alternative even if I have to pay, because my business is not working anymore for that.

    Ok… I will create a new topic to try to solve it… This is not suspicious… I was just trying to check if people where experiencing the same as me, to see if it was the plugin or any other thing. Anyway, I will try again.
