# “Storage Module Options” Error

 * At the top of my WordPress dashboard, the following message displays itself each
   time I log in:
 * UpdraftPlus: An error occurred when fetching storage module options: UpdraftVault(
   no_such_method): Remote storage method not found
 * I can’t log in to view my webshell at the moment, but I’m going to try it on 
   another PC before I give up on that angle. Does anyone know what is causing the
   issue outside the need for ftp access?

 * Do you have an UpdraftVault subscription? Could you try to disconnect and reconnect
