    Thanks for reaching out @amdicarl. Well, please deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce and WC-Marketplace plugin and check for the issue.

    Also, please note that if you are using WooCommerce 2.6X then the issue you are facing may be due to the reason of compatibility as WC-Marketplace 2.3.9 is not compatible with the WooCommerce 2.6X. However, the latest version of WC-Marketplace i.e, 2.4.0 is now available through our GitHub, in case the above suggestion doesn’t work then please download WC-Marketplace 2.4.0 and check if the issue persists or not.
