HI!
I have a problem with the text editor. The problem exists from yesterday. Sorry for my bad English. Please help. Below is a screenshot (Link to the page you need help with). The editor was divided into two parts.

From the sounds of things, this might be a plugin conflict. Would you mind running a quick plugin conflict test?
You can start by disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue. You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins. So just to confirm, double check if the issue is coming up while all other plugins are disabled.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue. Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
You could also try temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Sixteen. Default WordPress themes are generally very light weight which lowers the chance that they’ll conflict with plugins, so they’re a good way to test if your original theme is the source of the issue.
Hi,
when I have trouble with Page Builder i deactivate all siteorigin plugins, than i cleaned the cache, and last i activate all plugins.
May be it helps me everytime.Greetings from South Palatina

Thanks.
We’re able to use StoreFront and Page Builder together so something else is occurring.
To confirm, with StoreFront as your activated theme and SiteOrigin as your ONLY activated plugin, the issue continues?
If that’s the case, please, check the console for JS errors: https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors#Step_3:_Diagnosis
@misplon – Yes. Active is only SiteOrigin and StoreFront.
Website: http://www.sklepintenso.pl – F12 in Chrome – 5 error.Thanks. Please, send us those errors.
Thanks 🙂
There isn’t anything clear in that message that I can see.
I noticed you’ve edited the Storefront
style.cssfile. Have you edited any other theme files?I’ll ask Alex here at SiteOrigin if he’s worked through an error like this before when he’s next online (different time zone).
In the mean time, please, try deleting and reinstalling Page Builder, just to rule out any issues with the installed files.
@misplon Thank you very much. I will follow the instructions above. Yes, i edit file storefront.

SOLVED.
Problem in functions.php my translate code
“function translate_reply($translated) {” … etcNicely done. Really glad we could get to the bottom of this.
All the best with your site and upcoming projects in 2018 🙂
(Please, consider switching over to a child theme. Or you can use a Custom CSS plugin for CSS (or Customize > Additional CSS) and then for PHP functions you can use the plugin Code Snippets.)
