    BDP Lite works very well on my blog, but I’m having a problem. I’m
   trying to change the number of posts per page, but when I look at the blog page
   in “Text” mode, I see this:

 * I can’t find where I originally posted the bdp shortcode.
 * Can I change the bdp parameters using the above code? I’ve tried, but all that
   happens is that the number of posts on the page drops to 2 and I have to restore
   from a backup to get back to “normal”.
 * Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

 * Thanks for the code.
 * I have checked it and it it looks like that there is something with Site Origin
   page builder.
 * Have you tried to removing the block and adding it again?
 * Also when you add shortcode to editor then please remove the double quote `(")`
   and add it again manually. Sometime it is converted to special character and 
   beaks the functionality.

 * Yes, for some reason Page Editor was converting certain characters to Unicode.
   I’ve re-created the page and all is well again.
