# Strange CSS Problem…

 * On my [site](http://gfxfor.us/), on the top right, there is a “featured posts”
   thing. For some reason, I can’t figure out how to make the background of that
   box longer so that it envelops the white boxes inside of it. Anyone have any 
   ideas?

 * I think I figured it out. In the “featured” class add a width: 240px. And in 
   the “featuredItem” class remove the width: 220px.

 * Thanks, that sorta fixed it. As you can see now, the padding for some reason 
   is ignored, I suppose. Any ideas on why?
