Strange message on Admin page

    Whenever I make an update, I get the following message instead being redirected to the admin page:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/31/8799331/html/wp-content/themes/retina/functions.php:5) in /home/content/31/8799331/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 866

    Is this repairable? If so, how?

    Is your theme compatible with 3.3.1?

    -Try switching to the defaul twentyeleven theme and see if that works.
