I don’t recall where this came from, but suddenly I have this strange menu options above my “Search” box on my WP site.

You can see it for yourself at http://www.whatisjesusdoing.net/

There is a box there with the options for “Activate”, “Activity”, “Donation Confirmation”, “Donation History”, “Members”, “Register”, & “Transaction Failed”.

These show up for logged in members and non-logged in members alike.

I have been playing with donation plugins, but currently there are none installed. Could one of them have made this modification and not uninstalled it?

    Hi,

You can remove it from the widget section from the admin.

    Thanks

That is the first thing I thought of as well. I went to the Widget section of the Admin and the only widgets listed are “Search”, “Text:Daily Proverb”, “Recent Posts”, “Recent Comments”, & “Archives”.

I thought it might be in one of the files, so I nuked the entire re-uploaded all of the Mountain Creek theme files. No Joy.

I even deactivated all my plugins, but that did not help either.

    Hi,

Then please check your sidebar.php file of the active theme and also the functions.php file.

    Thanks

I have uninstalled the entire theme and made sure the folder was completely deleted.

    I then re-installed the theme.
    – The links are still there.
    – I added a completely different theme.
    – The links are still there.
    – I re-uploaded a fresh copy of the unmodified WP 4.52 files.
    – The links are still there.
I deactivated every plug all at once.
    – The links are still there.

I don’t know what else I can do?

    Ideas?

    I found it!

One of the plugins I installed created a bunch of pages. I deleted them and all is good again.

    Thank you for your help.
