Strip empty tags

I’d like to suggest a feature whereby empty elements are stripped during import. Here’s an example of data entering the feed I’d like to have the ability to strip out:

<p> </p> – empty paragraph (assume encoded or not encoded)

This should probably be added under flag in case naughty things are being done with CSS, but it’d be a nice option to have for sure.
