strip_tags PHP8.1 warning

    PHP 8.1.12, 6.2-alpha-55159

    When going to HD Quiz – Addons or HD Quiz – Tools following PHP warning are thrown:

    Deprecated: strip_tags(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in /public_html/blog/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 36

    I will make a post for WordPress Core and link to this ticket and back. If there is something they can do to improve also as admin-header.php.
