Hello
We are using stripe woocomerce but on check out filed – stripe credit card input fields are coming disabled or can’t add card info.

We tested with default wordpress theme too and eveyrthing is up to date like woocome, wordpress , theme etc.

We tested with default wordpress theme too and eveyrthing is up to date like woocome, wordpress , theme etc.

I understand you are having display issues with your Stripe payment fields.

To get an insight into the issue, please go through the following checklists:

1. Look for errors on your browser console when your checkout page is loaded.

2. Look for template overrides for the checkout page in your site’s System Status Report.

3. Run a full conflict test as outlined here with all plugins disabled except WooCommerce and Stripe while using a default theme like Storefront.

If you are not sure about the above steps, please share with us your system status report for us to have a look. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Additionally, please look for and share with us any fatal errors found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs. Make sure to select fatal-errors.log from the drop-down you find there.

Hi @vimalsoneil

I have checked the Checkout page, and it shows JS errors on the browser console that might be caused due to a conflict with another plugin.

Can you please disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway to see if this makes any difference?

Hello,

I understand the card fields are not visible at checkout.

If by any chance you would not like to touch your live site for make testing you can check using a Staging environment, you can request assistance from your host, or you can use the plugin: WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

Once it is configured, please switch your theme to Storefront, disable all plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe Payment gateway.

At this point are the card fields visible? Let us know what you find.
