I am sorry to hear you are having issues with Forminator. Recently Stripe depreciated the Simple Card Payment Element, and now new forms use the new Optimized Checkout Suite Payment Element. If your form is old, you may still use the old one. Make sure that to migrate by using the new one. For more information, please check:

Besides that, also make sure that you are using the latest API version for Stripe, by going here:
https://dashboard.stripe.com/developers
If in the “API version” section of that page you see a notification that says “Upgrade available”, please upgrade the API version and try again.
If the issue persists, I suggest you generate new API keys. That option was also recently changed as now we have an official Stripe App page, here:
https://marketplace.stripe.com/apps/forminator-stripe-app
