I know you mentioned the doc, but 99% of the time the answer is exactly in that one doc. Did you properly configure the webhook in your Stripe account? That is what is needed to ensure that your donations are set to Complete correctly in GiveWP once they are processed in Stripe.
Can you triple-check your webhook in your Stripe settings, a screenshot here would be helpful to confirm as well.

I do need to see the full url. But based on the screenshot it looks like you’re using a sub-folder or the main domain. Something like this:
https://example.org/cause?give-listener=stripe
Do you have your website installed in that sub-folder? If not then the webhook needs instead to be:
https://example.org/?give-listener=stripe

So the website is:

The money is received.
As I have the WordPress installed in the sub-folder ‘merchandise’ is the correct webhook:

Do I need to add a ‘/’ after merchandise?
