   I have questions: 1. From the backend, structure looks like:
 * privacy policy.
    “data-optname=”widgetPbFbFormFeilds.2.thisFieldOptions.multiOptionFieldValues”
   style=”width:330px;” >I consent to the processing of my personal data and I have
   read [privacy policy](https://amdoko.com/gb/content/10-privacy-policy).
 * Even i cancel this code: “privacy policy.” it’s shows again.
 * 2. How can I make confirmation of receiving this form for customer sending on
   his e-mail?

 * 1. Checkbox field is not optimized for adding HTML in it. To add HTML please 
   use Text/HTML field type. If you want to add HTML in checkbox label make sure
   there are no double quotes (“) replace them with single quotes and it should 
   work fine.
 * 2. You can only receive form submission notifications in email here is a guide:

 * Hello,
    ad. 1. unfortunatelly it doesn’t work with ‘ . I tried something else.
 * 2. Yes, i already did it and form is sending emails to me,
    but is there any 
   possibility to automatically send confirmation filling out the form to customer?

 * 1. Try deleting the old field and add a new one.
 * 2. With premium plan you can integrate with third party email marketing services
   which can send emails to customers.
