 * I’m showing this in any validation involving your plugin. I saw a previous topic
   that said to use the Custom Fields but there’s nothing in the custom fields available
   that says “3rd Custom Field” or “itemReviewed”

 * Make sure you have show_other=1 set in your shortcode attribute, or that you 
   have the relevant checkbox checked on the widget.
 * As well, you need to be sure you have the field on the Testimonial populated,
   which I believe is titled “Location / Product Reviewed / Other”.
