 * hi there
    ive been doing some SEO work on my site and i have come across the
   following errors on almost every page of my site in google webmaster tools:
 * Missing: author
    Missing: entry-title Missing: updated
 * from what i have read this seems to be a theme problem? i am correct in saying
   this or do i need to look elsewhere?
 * I am using a childtheme of the latest quark version and also using Yoast’s SEO
   plugin

 * Unless you’ve changed the templates, the entry-title shouldn’t be missing. If
   you have a look at the html on one of the pages on my [theme demo](http://demo.quarktheme.com/typography/),
   you’ll see that it includes entry-title on the Post title.
 * The hCard author is included on blog pages, where it makes more sense to include
   the name of the person how wrote the post. If you want to display the name of
   the author on every single page, you’re welcome to update the templates in your
   child theme.
 * Like most blogs, I’ve chosen to display the published date for the article, instead
   of the date the article was updated. Typically, most blog posts don’t get updated
   frequently to warrant adding this extra date field. As I mentioned for the name
   above, it makes more sense to include this info on your blog posts, rather than
   pages. Since pages are typically static content, for things such as your “about”
   page, the date it was published and the author are less relevant.
