 * The Google Search Console is reporting that the Eventprime events have issues
   with their structured data that prevent them from appearing in search results.

    - Date/time not in ISO 8601 format in field “startDate”
    - Missing field “location”
    - Date/time not in ISO 8601 format in field “endDate”
 * What can I do to give Google what it wants so my events are indexed? I tried 
   adding a plugin (Smartcrawl from WPMU DEV) to check and add structured data, 
   that worked somewhat but can’t fix the listed format problems.

 * The issue with the incorrect date format is likely related to how the EventPrime
   plugin handles the date. Have you checked the plugin settings to see if you can
   configure the date format on the plugin end?
 * I hope the plugin team can help you with more feedback on this.

   the “Missing field” issue, as it may be related to how the schema is set up.

   for your reply.
 * For the date format it looks like Eventprime only offers selection for the frontend
   form entry style in Settings > General, I have that set to 2026-01-20 (Y-d-m)
   but not sure if that affects how dates are stored.
 * I’m actually using Smartcrawl Pro, so I will open a ticket there for you to take
   a look at my settings.

 * Seems the start/end dates in eventprime are stored as unix timestamp values. 
   Evidently Google doesn’t like that and want to see 2026-01-20 (Y-d-m) format 
   instead.

 * Yes, EventPrime stores event start and end dates in the database as timestamps.
 * However, you can easily display the dates in any format required (for example:
   2026-01-20) by using EventPrime’s Layout Template override feature.
 * Please follow this guide to override the default template and convert the date
   format as per your requirement:
