# Stuck at “processing 0%”

 * Hi there, I’ve been looking for a solution on the forums but nothing seems to
   fix it. I tried enabling / disabling cron. Same with plugins. I tried with/without
   variations / google anaylitics / different categories etc.. but the feed doesnt
   seems to start.
 * Here is my config :
    PHP Version 7.0.31 Wordpress : 4.9.8 Woocommerce : 3.44

 * Probably yes as the plugin prepares output both for CSV and XML files at the 
   same time. Even when you have selected CSV as file-format.

 * Just for anyone who wants to know if php-xml is installed or not. I found this
   SIMPLE solution.
 * > Use this command on the commandline:
   >  `php -i | grep -i simplexml` The result
   > should be something like this:
   >     ```
   >     SimpleXML
   >     Simplexml support => enabled
   >     ```
