# Stuck on "Adding Subscribers to Queue"

 * Hello,
 * I am testing sendpress in order to buy the pro version
 * I have created a test list and a test email.
 * However, when i click to send it i am taken to the “Adding Subscribers to Queue”
   where nothing happens. The progress bar remains at “0 of 2”
 * Any ideas ?

 * I see a couple of possible issues. I’d like to eliminate them before asking any
   of our developers any ideas. The first is that you have super cache installed./
   activated. I have seen some problems with that caching plug-in. Could you try
   deactivating it temporarily? I also see that you have wysija activated. It might
   be that I deactivate that one while testing send press just in case they conflict
   somehow. They may have something else called queue that is interfering with us
   added something to the queue.
 * The other potential issues that you are running a very old version of MySQL. 
   We don’t officially support it, but I do know many people are successfully using.
   But in general, I would strongly recommend upgrading to 5.5.
