# Stuck on payment processing?

 * Hi,
 * I seem to be having an issue where after clicking on “pay now” it will show an
   animated loading icon, scroll up and display a message saying “Processing payment”
   but then it just keeps going without ever processing the payment. I have tried
   this is test data and live account/card details with the same thing happening.
 * Is there something I’m missing?

 * Issue might be resolved now, it was some configuration needed on the Trust Payments
   backend.

 * I’m not getting a warm fuzzy feeling about the support on this plugin – 2 days,
   no reply from the developer. Did you have to contact them another way Kevin?

 * Yeah it’s not looking great. I emailed the developers a few days ago now and 
   haven’t heard anything back. Radio silence.

   you get this resolved? I’ve not been able to use 3DS for any transactions with
   Trust Payments with both the original app and this new app.
 * I have been reporting this to trust payments for 10 months with absolutely no
   resolution so I have just been happily processing payments without 3DS… but now
   they’re forcing 3DS, I simply cannot take payments.
 * Feeling like my only option is to find a new payment processor ATM
 * Any advice / steps you took is highly appreciated.
