A new user attempts to **sign up for a subscription** and enters: 2. - Personal details (name, email, password) - Payment information (credit card) 3. Since in the past, this kind of issue has also been caused by caching and I can see you have a caching plugin active, could you: * 1. Please exclude our pages, the pages created with our shortcodes, especially the page where you have the PMS Register form ( [pms-register] ) from it, and check if the issue persists? * 2. If you have any caching enabled via a plugin or from your **hosting**, please disable them temporarily and check if the issue still persists (you can check with the hosting about this). * 3.
