# Stuck on ‘Processing. Please wait…’

 * All members’ Stripe and Paypal member payments are pending – when I tried to 
   become a member myself the screen got stuck on ‘Processing. Please wait…’

 * Just to be sure of some things first:
    1. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins-
       > and send a screenshot with everything you have installed related to Paid Member
       Subscriptions (make sure the **plugin version** can be seen)?
    2. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions ->
       Settings -> Payments -> Gateways -> and send a screenshot from there (please
       make sure all the settings from that page can be seen)?
    3. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions ->
       Settings -> Misc -> Others -> and send a screenshot from there (please make 
       sure all the settings from that page can be seen)?

   to share the screenshots.
 * Note 2: Since this is a public forum, please make sure any sensitive/personal

 * It turned out the problem was that all the people that had signed up were spam/
   bots. Is there any way you can prevent bots from entering details?

   can activate by navigating to **Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Misc-
