 * Hey everyone,
 * (Sorry for my English, I’m French 😅)
 * I’m a beginner coding with WordPress. Generally everything is doing well but 
   an hour ago my style.css stopped refreshing even when doing cmd + maj + R (on
   mac using Chrome). I saw in Chrome’s dev tool my style.css file is followed by“?
   ver=4.9.8”. I tried to add a “?ver=1.0” in my function.php when loading the file
   but it’s not changing anything.
 * I don’t know what to do.
    Thanks in advance for your advices.

 * This sounds probably like a browser caching issue, can you try in a different
   browser, or try in an incognito window?

 * It’s not, I tried on Safari and it’s the same issue… :'(
    I just tried with a
   incognito window too and it’s the same.

 * Ok, and are you using any kind of server-side caching, Cloudflare, or any type
   of caching plugins on the site? If you’re using a script combining plugin, this
   would need to get cleared out, too.
 * Most hosts additionally have a site cache, and some provide a way to flush that
   cache from the backend account area, can you also check that?
