I think it’s connected when using styled box in re- usable blocks. Similar issues have came up when other plugins conflict with Ultimate Blocks. We could then check if any other plugin is in conflict with our plugin. You may also try switching to one of the default themes (e.g. Twenty Twenty, Twenty Nineteen) to check if your current theme is affecting the blocks that way.
