# Styles Missing?

 * I’m doing some testing of the plugin, but it seems that almost nothing is styled
   as pictured in some of the documentation. Did a bunch of css get dropped at some
   point in favor of us styling the filters ourselves? In particular I was looking
   at:
 * [http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/lift-search/tags/1.8.1/css/style.css](http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/lift-search/tags/1.8.1/css/style.css)
 * Which used to have a lot more code for absolute positioning of the filter boxes
   and things like that:

 * I’m not opposed to styling the boxes, but I wanted to make sure this was the 
   intention?

   for the plugin on the [GitHub](https://github.com/voceconnect/lift-search/issues)
   repository.
 * Yes this change was deliberate as we would rather the user have full control 
   and felt providing the styles ourselves was more of a pain than a help.
