 * Stylesheet missing and isnt the error of it being in the wrong file. File direction
   is as should be theme/style.css not theme/theme/style.css. What else could it

 * I have no problem seeing your theme with the proper formatting in IE7 or Firefox.(
   you are currently using the scribblings theme). Seems okay from here.
 * Maybe clear your browser cache and take another look?
