sub images not imported

very thankful for this plugin, but it appears I will still need to edit every product, so it is a bit frustrating..
every product I have, has 2 sub images.. none of those were imported..

my sub image file names have dashes but no spaces.. so I wouldn’t imagine that would be an issue… but i’m not sure

has anyone had this issue and fixed it ?

orders and customers were not imported either, but I can live without those.

any help appreciated
