Sub Page Header Size

I’m a newbie to WordPress and need help adjusting the size of the header/title of one of my sub pages. We are using the Mies Child Theme.

I created a new page with the default template, but the word/title “Staging” is too big. I want it to be the same size as the other sub pages ex. Portfolio
