    Hello,

I have created two subcategories under the shop page on my website, one for bracelets and the other for earrings. However, these two subcategories do not display multiple pages even though I have many other products published. This is even stranger because on the main shop page, which includes both types of jewelry, all the products are displayed correctly.

I can’t figure out how to make multiple pages appear with the remaining products.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Julie

    Hi there!

Thanks for explaining the situation in detail.

To assist you better could you please confirm, are you referring to the pagination (page 2, page 3, etc.) not appearing on the sub-category pages such as Bracelets and Earrings?

Also, on those sub-category pages, are all products assigned to the category appearing but limited to a single page, or are only some products showing while others are missing?

Lastly, could you please share the exact URL of a sub-category page where you’re experiencing this issue? This will help us take a closer look and better understand what’s happening.

Also, System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

    Hey,

    Thank you for your reply!

Yes, I am referring to the pagination (page 2, page 3, etc.) not appearing on the sub-category pages. Only some products are showing, while others are missing.

Here is a URL of a sub-category page:
    https://bijouxmoreno.fr/categorie-produit/boucles-d-oreilles/

And here is the link to the System Status Report:

    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the system status report and the sub-category page link. I have checked the sub-category page and can see that you are using the Divi Builder Shop module to display products on these pages. Since you are using a third-party module to show products, it’s possible that pagination is disabled in the module settings, which may be causing this issue.

I would suggest contacting the plugin support team and asking them to help you enable pagination on the sub-category pages.

To confirm whether the issue is related to the Divi Shop module, I recommend the following for testing purposes:

    1. Activate a default theme like Storefront.
    2. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce.
    3. Check if the pagination issue still occurs.

You can run this conflict test on a staging site. If you don’t have one yet, you can create a staging site using this plugin:
    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/

This will help you safely test without affecting your live site.

I fixed the pagination issue directly in the Divi Shop module by enabling pagination.

What was confusing is that the setting needs to be changed on the Shop page, even though the issue was only occurring on the sub-category pages.
