# Subdomain doesnt work correctly

 * Hello everyone.
    I have a WPMU site with the registration turned off. Also i 
   have a google.apps mail account, with the mail.mydomain.com subdomain set up 
   via CNAME in DNS settings. All works fine for me, and i can open my mail.mydomain.
   com address reaching my mail ok? but some of my users cant – it opens WPMU page
   for them ([http://mydomain.com/wp-signup.php?new=mail.mydomain.com](http://mydomain.com/wp-signup.php?new=mail.mydomain.com)).
   Why is that so, and how can i fix it? Thanx in advance.

 * If the user attempted to access the domain before it was set up or had time to
   propagate, then it’s a cache issue – they simply need to empty their browser 
   cache.

 * That only some users can’t makes me think that it’s just a DNS error. Basically,
   you’re saying ‘Sometimes my mapped domain doesn’t go to the right place.’
