# subdomain/ wp-admin/install

 * “The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable 
   to complete your request.” 500
 * This is a subdomain install. The subdomain is new. The host is Hostway (uncooperative).
   PHP appears to be activated for the account, database created.
 * Installing as usual, can access the folder’s readme via the same path.
 * Could this be the config is wrong? That seems to give a different set of errors
   as I recall. Stumped.

 * what are the permissions of the files? make sure they are not chmod 666
 * what are the permissions of the directories? make sure they are not chmod 777
