I also tried it on your weblizar website, still can not bring out the 2nd level menu(submenu).I think the best solution is to change the flow for 2nd or 3rd menu like most website does. * Try this [http://www.cisco.com](http://www.cisco.com) on your mobile phone and touch their menu icon. In our premium and free theme have the functionality of dropdown- submenu. so when you click on drop-down arrow button, then submenus will open in dropdown position. It does not work on iPhone8. You can try to touch the menu of your website or my website that using Enigma Premium/Parallax them, once the first tier menu show ,tried to touch any menu which has submenu see if the submenu can be displayed.
