Submenu hides content after scroll

The plugin offers the ‘Offset’ option for sticky/fixed menus but I don’t think it would help with your menu. In your case, what you need to do is close the menu automatically when clicked. You should ask the sticky menu plugin developer if/how to do this (depending on how the menu plugin works, you could create a custom js script which would close it but this would require coding).
