    That site is associated with a Premium version of this free plugin.

    @takanakui okay well I’m supporting a hosting client trying to help them. Their designer added this plugin during redesign so I’m not sure how to get support through any other channel. Do you have an email I can write to then?

    sure. I sent her an email when I replied here. Basically, you just have to upgrade to the 2.7.1 version.

    @takanakui okay I see the plugin requires going to the settings area to grab the update, got that applied and the menu is working again, thanks.
