 * I uploaded a new version with a minor CSS tweak. If that is not good enough, 
   let me know and I’ll keep playing with it.

 * Thanks! How can I upgrade via WP? Or do I need to download and upload manually
   via FTP?

 * I’ve upgraded the plugin but still have the issue.
 * The button and the form is not the same height.
