# Submit Button disabled

 * Hello,
 * Submit Button seems disabled.
 * It was working fine until recently. Not sure if since the update for wp 6.1.1.
   
   But since yesterday, the submit button option seems not working for v20221003…
   or maybe php 8.1 issue, not sure//the link seems is lost.
 * I tried to install fresh, but still the issue remains.

 * Glad to help.
 * Looking at the code inspector, it looks like something is blocking the required
   file, `sac.php`. That file is required in order for chats to work.

   the server, etc. Thank you

 * When I tried direct php access it worked. But, when I disable direct php access,
   it is not working. Can you guide me what could be the blocking, so I will request
   my developer to work in that space.

 * Is there some script we can include, so it will provide exception to disabled
   php direct access. So only sac.php can be enabled for direct access. Thanks!

 * I have no idea what could be blocking `sac.php`, you will need to examine your
   site’s error/debug logs and do some basic investigation. Ask your web host or
   developer for help if needed.

 * No sorry, not a current feature of the plugin.
