# Submit button doesn’t work

 * Hi, I am not sure of exact reason but I found a similar issue raised earlier

 * I am facing similar issue. The submit button doesn’t work when you click it just
   fades out. Above topic suggested this could be because of cache or optimization
   plugins. I have deactivated the plugin but it still doesn’t work. I can share
   website credentials to take a look at.
 * It would be great if you can look into it asap as the website is receiving numerous
   inquiries everyday and since the button isn’t working nobody can create an appointment.

 * The browser console log in the page shows various script errors from the theme
   scripts, that may be the cause.
 * In addition to that try disabling the captcha in the booking form to check if
   that is enough to avoid the errors in the theme scripts.
 * Please check that and let me know any comments.

 * I have removed errors and also disabled captcha but it hasn’t solved the problem.
   Can you please take a look? I am happy to share credentials.
