Hello
My survey doesn’t have the submit button.

It is displayed on the preview page, but not on the page where I inserted the survey. It is not displayed in any browser or mobile.

What went wrong?

I tried the quiz in the page you shared. The button does appear and succefully redirected to this page when finish.

Now I have another issue. If I distribute the questions to single pages, the contact fields and the MailChimp integration disappear.
